This past Saturday’s event was beautiful - we raised R1850 for an anti-GBV campaign in Johannesburg, danced in the sunlight and I got to play with my new instruments 🌻❤️ Thank you to the lovely participants who attended and to those who could not attend and donated anyway, and for the generosity of Sandton Wellness Sanctuary (Beryl) for gifting us with your space for this good cause ❤️

Our Winter Reset event yesterday was so beautiful and special. An intimate group of wonderful ladies gathered to rest and recharge as we enter the new season.🌻

We now offer private sound healing sessions for individuals or small groups for events, birthdays, team building, etc. Relax to healing frequencies in the privacy of your own home or other venue. Reach out for more information.

I recently had the privilege of facilitating a breathwork and sound healing session with a lovely group of senior citizens in Protea South, Soweto. This was so out of my comfort zone as my biggest group before this was 6 participants! The venue was also sooo huge as it is a community hall and my soft meditation voice and little Tibetan bowls were not ready 😂 It was raining pretty hard before we started and it was hard to hear anything inside the hall, but God being amazing stopped the rain just as I was about to start.🌻
Every part of me wanted to chicken out however I decided to lean in to the discomfort and nerves, and I'm happy that I did as it was super rewarding. The weekend sessions in a wellness studio are obviously fun, but there is just something so special about being in community and stretching what I thought I was capable of. The beautiful Gogos seemed relaxed and rested after (with positive feedback), and this is what matters the most to me 🌻❤️
