Burnout is not solved in one weekend. We know that.
You cannot meditate your way out of an impossible workload, breathe away chronic stress, or spend two nights in the mountains and magically return to a life that asks too much of you.
But sometimes burnout is also a sign that, somewhere along the way, you became disconnected from yourself.
From your body.
From your needs.
From rest.
From pleasure.
From play.
From the quiet inner voice that says, this is too much. That is where a weekend can matter. Not because it fixes everything but because it creates enough space to hear yourself again.
To move because it feels good, not because you are trying to achieve something.
To breathe without rushing.
To walk in nature without needing to get anywhere.
To eat slowly.
To make something with your hands.
To rest without earning it first.
To laugh.
To be held by a hammock.
To remember what it feels like to be a human being, rather than a list of responsibilities.
This weekend is not a cure for burnout.
It is heart medicine.
A pause.
A soft place to land.
A reminder that beneath the exhaustion, the deadlines, the roles you play and all the things you carry…
you are still in there.
And maybe the first step towards changing the way you are living is simply finding your way back.

A Burnout Reset Weekend
6–8 November 2026

Aerial yoga. Breathwork. Somatic movement. Meditation. Hiking. Bread making. Mala beads. Nourishing food. Pool time. Rest.
No pressure to transform.
No expectation to come home as a brand-new person.
Just an invitation to slow down long enough to reconnect.
Come tired.
Come exactly as you are.
Come back to yourself.
