This year, I hit the big 40... 17 weeks, to be exact. I have decided to head into my 40s, feeling stronger and a little more comfortable in my own skin.
I don't normally share my personal life and struggles on social media, but I want to share this one with you... not only to prove to myself that it's possible but also to show you that we all go through good times and bad times, we all at some point feel like an umpa lumpa in our bodies and if you are willing to open up, you will be surprised how much support there is around you.
So this is me, opening up and exposing all the skeletons because I've reached the point of F@ this S**t let's smash this... 40, here we come, all guns blazing!
So I will be taking you week by week on this journey.... good times as well as the bad, and hopefully, by the end of this, it will inspire you to do something you have been putting off.
