Rickus Muller, an ardent health and fitness fanatic, who started from the ashes of a severely neglected body, mind, and spirit, by expressing his anger at a boxing bag hanging in his parent’s garage. Through exploring different kinds of fighting and fitness modalities, as well as growing self-discipline and dedication, he steadily worked his way up through clubs and coaches, while simultaneously d
eveloping his latent interest in body mechanics. Certifying under internationally acclaimed Coaches Scott Sonnon and Alberto Gallazzi in 2011, and 2013, he obtained certificates in TACFIT and C.S.T. ( Circular Strength Training ). Expertise in body weight training, calisthenics, and tactical gymnastics, to name but a few, form part of his "arsenal". In tandem with his passion for movement is his passion to coach, guide and motivate others towards reaching their own true potential. Through employing correct form and refining techniques, to aid the development and encourage a deeper understanding of your own body mechanics. What is Primal Fitness? Body weight training aka ‘functional fitness’ are body weight exercises designed for practical application. Coupled with proper interval training and tactical ‘gymnastics’, we incorporate both strength training and metabolic conditioning elements to give your body everything it needs in as little as 20 min per work out. Our lifestyles have evolved to the point where our time is worth every sec. Spending hours at the gym no longer seems logical and yet moving our bodies have never been more important. Considering the fact that stress is cumulative and the effects it has on our bodies, physically as well as mentally, it is imperative to keep moving but, more importantly, moving correctly!
