What a tough battle in Humansdorp! 💙🏉

Our boys dug deep, showed character and pulled it through with a hard-fought 30–28 victory. It wasn’t easy, but the Sharks never gave up. Proud of every player who put their body on the line today.

But today was about more than rugby. ❤️

Our boys took the field and played for their brother who recently lost his father. They carried him with them in every tackle, every run and every minute on that field. Today, they made the game special for him and his family.

And next week, we go again — and we play for him again. 🦈❤️

🏉 1ST RESERVE

The 1st Reserve game unfortunately did not get to 80 minutes. The second half lasted only about 5 minutes before the referee blew the final whistle.

We went into the lion’s den and we fought. Away ground. Everything against us. Still our boys stood toe to toe for 80 minutes in the blue. The scoreboard didn’t go our way, but character did. No complaints. Only lessons. Heads up Sharks ,we learn, we grow, we come back harder. For the jersey. 🦈💙
