Resisted exergenie runs 3x3x30m 👊🏼
Followed by some loading in the gym
~rdl pause holds ( good for loading a high hamstring tendinopathy )
~ step downs ( great for targeting glute medius )

In a nutshell,
3 weekends, endless fun, sky high nerves, lacked the faith, faced the fear and did it anyway!
Learning to Trust the body more.
Thank you to all who encouraged me 🙏🏼 stood by me, loved me and listened to my moans!
I’ve not had so much fun in a long time.

This last weekend was my final indoors comp at the British Champs and made me realise why I love it so much!

Before my 100m in Cape Town I was this close to packing it in! ☝🏼
Some scares with A & E for my breathing, still getting through but my body is healthy, thank you Jesus! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

~I raced in Cape Town on a track I had an evulsion tear and did it!
~ I raced my first 200m indoors at Lee Valley since 2013 in lane 6, and did not die!
~ I raced a 60m and had to try and remember what I was doing 😆but a SB
~ I raced at British Champs this weekend truly intimidating, as I had been out the game for so long & we have some unbelievably fast ladies out there.
~I ran a 200i lane 2 and died in the last 40m 😂😂, but did it!
~ I ran again on the Sunday 60m i first heats and got through,
~ I ran in the finals 60m and I did not break!!!!!!
So yes I am over the moon!!
My foot is off the pedal and summer training will start soon enough . 🤍🎉
