Believe it or not, but motivation won’t just magically happen by waving a magic wand. 😱

You have to make it happen for yourself!

We are all for having fitness buddies but the same goes for choosing a healthy eating partner.

Yaaaas to Oats! 😍

January is national oatmeal month and we don’t mind celebrating this amazing superfood.

We love Oats as they are perfect when creating a whole-grain and fiber-filled breakfast that is hearty and nourishing.

We simply love the Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats (yummm!)

Recipe:

Ingredients
• ½ cup milk of choice
• ½ cup old fashioned oats
• ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla yogurt
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Directions:
• In a small jar with a lid, combine all ingredients and stir.
• Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
• Before eating, top with sliced bananas.

Enjoy!
