Club MSM (Multi-Sport Maniacs) is a Triathlon & Multisport club situated in Bloubergstrand Cape Town. We are affiliated with WPTA and TSA. linktr.ee/ClubMSM

Our members range from beginners to pro athletes who have competed in multiple events arounds the world. We pride ourselves in the way which we engage with our members, making the experience of being a triathlete and having to cope with the vast amount of training that goes with it a little easier. Our club was formed in 2003, making us the oldest standing Multi-Sport club in Cape Town. Our club running sessions are weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Over weekends we mix it up with running, cycling, swimming, swim-running, swim-cycling and triathlons to get a hang of the transitions.

Seven ClubMSM teams took on the Festival of Running Relay (5 x5km) today, and what an absolute jol it was! 🔥 Well done to the organizers!! 💪🏻

Thank you to every single person who came out, raced, cheered, and made the day so special. This club is more than just running—it's an incredible community, and we're so grateful to be part of it.

We have an absolute MACHINE in our midst!!! 💥

One of our very own, .ing.ingrid completed the Freedom Challenge (Race Across South Africa) 🚵‍♀️ — a brutal ±2300km self-navigated journey across mountains, rivers, and some of the toughest terrain SA has to offer…

And she didn’t just finish…

What an absolutely wild end to February and March for the club! 🔥

It’s been jam-packed with multisport maniacs doing what they do best:
From the Oudshoorn Marathon, 108km cycling, first-time triathletes stepping up, to trail runners going 24 HOURS 😳 and even a batrun… yes, at night!

We’ve had 4.8km swims, swimming galas, and our superstars representing at SA Triathlon Champs 💪

And of course… we celebrated our 21st birthday in style 🎉

What a month — full of grit, energy, and serious gees. We can’t wait to see what crazy challenges our athletes take on next!

21 years of our club MSM 🥳✨

What a special night celebrating with founding members, old friends, and new faces — a true reflection of how far we’ve come. The food was lekker, but the kuier was even better ❤️

A big shoutout to .lemmon Annie as well — celebrating her birthday with us made the night even more special 🎂 and her food was besonders lekker!!!

Grateful to be part of such an incredible family. Here’s to the next 21 years of memories, milestones, and many more good times together 🥂

What an incredible turnout — and an amazing achievement with 8 additional podium finishes from athletes who couldn’t attend the awards evening!

We are so proud of the commitment, consistency and hard work shown across the season. 💪
