When you want a healthy bodyshape…

Body confidence is not in how much you weigh but in how healthy you look!
From plump to underweight to gorgeous.
And healthy from underweight meant putting on 6kg … if healthy lean body mass in the form of healthy lean muscle.

Know your weight composition. The number on the scale is made up of health factors and only an indication. If you really want to know what’s going on, have a scale that measures:
• visceral fat
• lean muscle mass
• water %
• metabolic age
etc because weight is more than just a number.
