When I started at NuHuman Irene. I was not very positive as I have tried almost everything under the sun, from personal training to prescription medication without success. I have been struggling with knee injuries since my teenage years and was diagnosed with insulin resistance and hypothyroidism years ago. At age 48, I felt like a ticking time bomb. My progress is slow but for the 1st time in years I feel positive again. The wonderful trainers have gone to so much trouble working around my injuries , finding exercises that work for me. The eating plans are easy to prepare and offer variety. NuHuman has given me back the freedom of movement that I lost so long ago and the training has become almost addictive. Most importantly it has given me hope to continue with my journey to become a NuHuman.
