My experience with NuHuman Irene started with their welcoming words: “Your life is about to change.”

I could never have imagined just how much it would change my life, both mentally and physically. From the beginning, I never wanted to miss a session. For once, I didn’t have to think about what exercise I should be doing, because the personal trainers were always ready to guide you on your new journey. This has been one of the most amazing changes in my life. Not only did I lose 10 kg, but I also built muscle and gained strength. One thing I learned is that many of us have the wrong concept about eating to lose weight. Eating right does not mean you have to stop eating. Another common misconception is that weight training will make you gain weight in the wrong way, but that is completely untrue. I was a runner for the last six years and never achieved the same results that I did after starting weight training with NuHuman. The dietician is always there to assist and guide you, and the personal trainers are absolutely amazing. They push and encourage you to go one step further because they know what you are capable of. During my journey, the support from the friends I met their people who were there for the same reason played a very important role in the success I achieved. All I can say is thank you to everyone at NuHuman Irene who was there during this life-changing experience.
