WHAT A THRILLER IN ZWELETHEMBA! 🔥⚽️

BVLFA DERBY | SAFA Cape Winelands WRL
Sporting Stars FC Ladies 1 - 2 Worcester City Ladies

Football drama at its best! 🖤💛

It was 0-0 at half-time, with both teams giving everything in a tense derby battle.

Worcester City took the lead from the penalty spot after a flag from the linesman.

Our girls responded! Chante Prins with a calm, clinical finish to make it 1-1 after a brilliant assist from goalkeeper Paula Van Wyk! ⚽️👏🏽

The game was decided deep in the referee's additional time with a late winner for City. Heartbreak, but what a fight from our ladies!

🌟 PLAYER OF THE MATCH: Paula Van Wyk!
Top class between the sticks! She kept us in the game with some huge saves, especially in the first half! Safe hands! 🧤🖤💛

Heads up, ladies! We go again! Proud of the fight!
