Another tough day out in Kitwe ended in a 4-0 defeat to Chimwemwe Chiefs.

We showed character with a much-improved second half, but the damage was done early. The poor playing surface at Chimwemwe Ground didn’t help our natural passing game, but we won’t hide behind that.

Credit to the lads for not dropping their heads after the break. We competed better, created moments, but it wasn’t enough on the day.

We take the lesson, not the defeat. Heads up. We go again this Sunday.

The boys have worked hard in training and are focused on delivering a strong performance. Every game is a chance to reset, and today we go with belief, discipline, and the pride of Kasompe on our shirts.

Form is temporary, but character is permanent. Every club, from grassroots to the top leagues, goes through tough patches. What defines you is not the last result — it’s how you respond to it.

1. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱– You wear this badge because you love the game and represent Kasompe. That pride doesn’t change with the table.
2. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻– Effort, discipline, and unity. You can’t rewrite last weekend, but you own the next training session, the next tackle, the next pass.
3. 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿– Poor runs test teams. Blame divides; belief rebuilds. Talk to each other, lift each other, fight for each other.
4.𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 – Work done in training shows up on match day. Small improvements in finishing, shape, and communication will turn draws into wins.

Your community is still behind you. We see the hours you put in and the heart you play with. One win can change momentum, and that win starts with the mindset you take into the next game.
