OPERATION DOMINION IN FULL EFFECT

The Elites have put the victory over Rangers behind them and shifted full focus to their next assignment against Dominion FC, scheduled for Sunday at David Ramushu Stadium as Coach Kabuku Maunga’s infantry march into Week 30.

Dominion may have lost the first leg at Kalonga, but they remain a stubborn and resilient side on home soil. The Elites know they must stay sharp, disciplined, and clinical to secure maximum points.

Preparations are in full swing, with the technical bench fine-tuning tactics ahead of the crucial encounter.

Meanwhile, the medical team continues to monitor John Banda, who sustained a minor knock in Masansa. His availability will be assessed as match day approaches.

KAMUSHANGA ELITES RUN RAMPAGE OVER KABWE RANGERS WITH FOUR UNANSWERED GOALS

Coach Kabuku Maunga's infantrymen returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion, dismantling local rivals Kabwe Rangers 4- 0 in a Week 29 fixture played at Kalonga Grounds in Kamushanga.

Ama FC showed their attacking intent early when midfielder George Chinga Jr fired just wide from the edge of the box inside four minutes. After settling into the contest, Ama began to dictate the tempo, dominating possession and patiently crafting chances.

The pressure nearly paid off midway through the first half. Machima Siyanga tried his luck from distance in the 20th minute but misfired, while Weston Chibuta had earlier redirected a Collins Nkunka throw-in narrowly off target. Chibuta remained lively and came close again in the 27th minute after beating two defenders, only to see his effort go begging.

The breakthrough finally arrived in the 29th minute. Machima Siyanga broke the deadlock, finishing confidently after a well-worked assist from Collins Nkunka.

The "Visit Kamushanga" campaigners doubled their advantage in the dying moments of the first half when James Chanda rose high to head home a precise cross from Danny Munsaka, sending the home side into the break with a comfortable 2–0 lead.

The second stanza followed a similar script, with Ama FC firmly in control.

In the 61st minute, George Chinga Jr was given a deserved rest and replaced by Bright Pulukuta. The substitution paid immediate dividends as Pulukuta extended the lead just six minutes later, calmly finishing from a low cutback delivered by Weston Chibuta.

The elites continued to press forward, and in the 72nd minute Machima Siyanga completed his brace, powering in a header from a pinpoint corner by George Phiri to make it 4-0.

Kabwe Rangers had a rare opportunity in the 77th minute, but Sudden Matembele miscued his effort from the edge of the box after finding adequate space. Innocent Nkolola almost added a fifth in the 80th minute, though his shot lacked power and was comfortably gathered by goalkeeper Clarence Mulenga.

The hosts kept pushing for more. In the 84th minute, Kelvin Mumba met a Siyanga corner but directed his effort straight at the keeper, before Misheck Chimbwe headed wide in the 88th minute after finding space inside the box.

Youngster Alex Mwaba was introduced late for James Chanda and showed flashes of promise, though no further goals arrived.

The victory means Ama FC complete a league double over the Kabwe Municipal Council–sponsored side, having won the reverse fixture 2–1 at Muleya Stadium earlier in the season.

The Elites now turn their attention to their next challenge, a clash against Dominion FC at David Ramushu on Sunday.

Machima Siyanga walked away with the Kennedy M Chileshe Man of the match accolade after an industrious shift .
