Nasho Banda is the New FC Leopards General Secretary
Zambia Correctional Service Commissioner General, Mr Fredrick S. S. Chilukutu, has appointed veteran sports administrator Assistant Superintendent Nasho Banda as the new General Secretary of FC Leopards.
Banda, has replaced Assistant Superintendent Kennedy Chiyombwe.
Banda expressed his gratitude to the Commissioner General and the Zambia Correctional Service Command for the confidence and trust placed in him, pledging to work diligently to restore FC Leopards to the Premier League.
βI would like to thank the Commissioner General Mr Fredrick S. S. Chilukutu and the entire Command for this lifetime opportunity to serve as FC Leopards General Secretary,β Banda said.
βMy primary objective is to ensure that FC Leopards returns to the Premier League. I cannot do this alone, but with the support of everyone, we can achieve it.β
FC Leopards, alongside Mines United, was relegated to the National League last season.
Banda described FC Leopards as a big club that belongs in the top flight and should be competing for honours at the highest level.
He said his immediate focus would be on mobilising the necessary support and putting in place measures that would enable the club to regain its Premier League status.

He served as Football Registrar for Young Prisons Leopard FC, a position he has held since 2025, and as Football Registrar for FC Leopard Queens, a position he has held since 2021.
He is also a member of the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Central Province Competitions Committee.

Academically, Banda holds a Masterβs Degree in Education in Leadership and Management, a Bachelorβs Degree in Adult Education, and a Certificate in Public Management and Governance.
