False! Muscle and fat are two completely different tissues, one cannot magically morph into the other.
What Actually Happens:
Muscle Atrophy: When you stop training, muscles shrink from disuse (but donโt disappear). ๐ซ
Muscle Memory: Muscle memory helps you regain size/strength way faster than beginners! โก
Fat Gain: If you eat the same calories but burn fewer (due to less activity), excess energy gets stored as fat. ๐
