Last year Green Buffaloes Judo Club finished top followed by Green Eagles Judo Club, with Nkwazi Judo Club and Ippon completing top four .

🥉 Secured bronze at Region 5 Youth Games, Lilongwe 2022.
🔒 Began judo for self-defense, now a passionate judoka.
💖 Favorite technique: Seoi nage.
