Onion drying and packing still ongoing. We are trying to beat the looming rains. Its not a good idea to cut it this thin, best to ensure all your onion is dry and packed by first week of October at the very latest.
Onion farming is very labour intensive so factor that in in your cost of production projections and ensure you have enough staff when you need them.
