🚨 | 40 000 PLUS CAPACITY STADIUM FULL JUST FOR A WOMEN'S GAME? NO!

I was chatting with a Ghanaian journalist two days ago, what he told me about Zambian football is something which even as Zambians at times we don't realize.

The conversation was about Nora Hauptle's joining Zambia as the Copper Queens coach. What the guy said, was about the Ghana women's national team not given the support it deserved.

But the guy said Nora Hauptle's move to Zambia was inspired by the support and passion Zambians fans have for women's football. When Zambia played Ghana during the 2024 Paris Olympics qualifiers in Ghana the stadium was almost empty.

When Ghana came to Zambia... The 40 000 plus capacity stadium was full to capacity. And it was at that moment Nora Hauptle was attracted to Zambia and she sold her self during the post match briefing.

He confirmed he had a chat with her [Nora Hauptle] and she confirmed that Zambians love football especially women's football. She never expected what she saw at Levy Mwanawasa stadium that day.
