As Director of Strategy and Head Coach of AGCO Girls FC, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges that come with building a team from the ground up. Our first season has not been easy limited support, financial struggles, and countless obstacles tested our strength every single day. But through it all, these girls continued to fight with heart, discipline, and belief.

We may have lacked resources, but we never lacked passion. Every training session, every match, and every sacrifice has been driven by a dream bigger than ourselves, creating opportunities for young female athletes and proving that talent exists everywhere when given a chance.

Hard times do not break strong teams; they build them. This season is only the beginning of AGCO Girls FC’s story. The struggles we face today will become the foundation of our future success. We remain committed, focused, and determined to rise above every setback.
