We are at again this weekend! VIXENS DANCE AND FITNESS WORKSHOP is on again! The theme this week is "DANCING IN HEELS!" U just have to be there to enjoy the benefits of learning some sexy moves, getting a good workout and socializing at the same time! 30 NOV * Tecla Hotel (off great east rd, Chainama - behind cresta golfview hotel) * 08h00 -10h00 and 11h00 - 13h00 * K50 only.

Those auditioning to be instructors please come with at least one choreographed routine and music cd (30 sec minimum).
