When the matter came up last month to restore the Patriotic Front, Judge Conceptor Chinyanuwa Zulu ruled that she had admitted expelled MP, Robert Chabinga and Morgan Ngona to challenge the Consent Agreement. She directed that facts be brought before court in submission and a trial before she could rule on the fate of the former ruling party. Mporokoso Member of Parliament, Brian Mundubile, Secretary General, Raphael Nakacinda and Miles Sampa are expected to attend coming up on Wednesday. And both lawyers for Brian Mundubile and Miles Sampa have explained that it is not possible that Office Bearers were changed at the Registrar of Societies to depict Chabinga as new leader of the Party. "as seen from the earlier ruling by Judge Zulu made on 25th March 2025, the Judge halted any further changes or alteration to the list of ofiice bearers at the Registrar of Societies until such a time that she concluded the matters before her. Therefore the false asssertions that Robert Chabinga "has the papers" should immediately be regarded as a criminal act and contempt to the orders o the high court and if anyone at the Registrar of Societies had made any changes will stand in contempt against the coort orders"
