Hold your heads high. You played with incredible energy, left everything on the field, and showed what you are truly capable of.

The scoreboard didn’t go our way today, but the way you played was fantastic. That performance deserved a better result.
We win as a team and we lose as a team. No single player lost this game; we grow from this together.
Take pride in how you played today. If we bring this same focus and intensity to our next practice and game, we will win a lot more than we lose.

Volunteer Coaches, they don't get paid,💰 they don't get bonuses,💸 they don't get trophies 🏆for their dedication, they don't get headlines. 🗞📃

What they do get is rain☔️ on every rainy training days,🌨 mud on their boots, earlier saturday/sunday alarms,⏰️ Responsibility for other people's children👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 They give up their family times🕰 to other people children's.🏃‍♂️ They finish work👷 and go straight to training and start coaching.🗣

They miss meals,🍲 they sacrifice weekends, they spend their own hard earned money💸 buying equipments🥅⚽️ and transport to attend games.🚎 They plan sessions📑 late at knight🌚 when nobody is watching.🚪

They don't do it for money,💰 they don't do it for praises 🙌.They do it because a child smiling,🤗 improving, growing💪 in confidence is worth more than any pay cheque.🤲

Volunteer Coaches✊️ are the real heartbeat of football.⚽️ Without them there is no game...✍️

We are Always Gratefull for you hard Works.🙏

⭐To Our Captains ⭐

A trusted captain gives 100 percent in every practice and match, showing high standards through hard work rather than just words.

Composure Under Pressure: Staying calm during tough moments allows a captain to make smart choices and keep the team steady.

Accountability: Good leaders take responsibility after a loss and share the credit after a win.

Strong Communication: Effective leaders listen to their teammates and act as a reliable bridge between the players and the coaching staff.

wishing you the very best.
