It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved player, Gift Theresa Chilufya Musatila, of ZESCO Ndola Girls, who sadly passed away this morning after being rushed to hospital in the early hours of the day.

Gift was more than just a player — she was a valued member of our family, a dedicated athlete, and a young woman whose passion, commitment and spirit inspired everyone around her. Her loss is heartbreaking to all of us at ZESCO United Football Club and the wider football community.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, teammates and all those who knew and loved her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Gift Chilufya will always remain in our hearts and her memory will forever be cherished.
