Simple and precise is more effective sometimes than over complicated routines. The only thing you run the risk of with over complicated routines is showing flaws in your physique and at an Olympia level, that’s exactly what the judges are trying to find… the flaws that expose you as anyone stepping on that stage will have a world class physique 😊👊🏼👍🏼
