Chipolopolo and soon to be former Leicester City Football Club forward Patson Daka has shared this message across his social media platforms.

No hiding from the disappointment.
Relegation hurts everyone connected to this club. To the fans who backed us home and away, thank you. We're sorry we couldn’t deliver what you deserved.

Daka has been with the foxes and witnessed their fall from the premier league to League One (the third tier of English Football).
His time with Leicester City has been a bumpy ride.

Six years, two completely different worlds, but the same drive.
2020: A proud The University of Zambia -UNZA graduate via UNZA - Dept. of Media & Communication Studies, setting a foundation back home in Zambia. 🇿🇲
2026: Standing here in New York City, officially holding a Master's degree from Yeshiva University via Katz School of Science and Health. 🎓
Looking at these two pictures, I’m just incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me across borders, time zones, and chapters.
"Next??" We will never truly know, but that’s the best part of the story.
Stay tuned!

The Final Cut
Master of Science, but make it fashion.
You knew I was going to pull up when it mattered, the only question was how far.
Consider the assignment completely understood and over-delivered.
Dress for the degree you just earned, and never let them catch you slipping.
On to the next!

Nairobi. Pretoria. Tokyo. China. Muzala Samukonga Is Everywhere, and He's Winning.
I have continued doing what I care about most, advocating for stories that give visibility to athletes who are often overlooked, both internationally and, at times, even locally. This piece is a reflection of exactly that.
The Accra 2026 Athletics Championships once again highlighted a growing reality in the sport: some athletes are increasingly prioritising international circuit commitments over lower-profile continental competitions. Several top African names did not feature for their national teams, with reports indicating that many opted to focus instead on the Diamond League. Meanwhile, one Zambian was quietly stacking podium finishes across countries, and that story deserves to be told.
If you are a genuine follower of sport, this is a must-read.
