A very well done to our 2023 students for their continued commitment and dedication to karate-do, they have trained diligently for ONE YEAR in the extreme heat and in the cold and rain to gain the opportunity to train, pre-grade, and if they pass the pre-grading, then to grade for JUNIOR YELLOW BELT in November 2023, if you get the opportunity to wish them well in their endeavors, please take the opportunity to do so, be brave to comment in the comments section below.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Shotokan Karate Dojo will be closed until Saturday the 6th of January 2024, all students registering for the 2024 training year, kindly contact me for the new fee structure information. Shotokan Karate Dojo will be bringing its fee structure in-line with other dojos in 2024, kindly ask friends and family to join Shotokan Karate Dojo in 2024, so Zimbabwe Karate can grow in 2024, all ages are most welcome.

SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES:
Ladies self-defense classes will be available from January 2024, these classes will fall outside of STANDARD KARATE TRAINING, and will be directed towards defensive training.

I had the benefit of training with Shihan Sensei Stan ONCE IN MY LIFETIME on his visit to Bulawayo, Zimbabwe in 1997, and he truly had the most unique teaching style, he was truly a Shotokan Master, may his soul rest in peace, and may we all follow his teaching style to carry Shotokan Karate forward to future generations.
