⚠️SCHOLARSHIP ALERT⚠️

Applications are now open for the fully funded Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe Scholarship for the 2026 academic year. This merit-based programme is specifically designed to support underprivileged and academically gifted Zimbabwean citizens under the age of 21 who are enrolling for undergraduate studies at the National University of Science and Technology for the August 2026 intake.

Successful applicants will receive comprehensive support for the duration of their studies, including full tuition fees, accommodation, meals, and a one-off provision of a laptop. Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 13 points in three Advanced Level subjects to be eligible for consideration.

In the interest of promoting gender parity, female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Interested individuals should prepare their motivation letter and required academic documents for submission via the official online application link below:

The 66th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair concluded with exceptional results, as highlighted in today’s Post-Event Press Briefing.

Under the theme "Connected Economies, Competitive Industries," ZITF 2026 reaffirmed its status as Zimbabwe's premier platform for trade and investment.
The key highlights include:

- Massive Participation: Achieved a 104% space utilisation rate, accommodating 812 total exhibitors across 50,687 sqm.

- Global Footprint: Representation from 31 countries and 133 international exhibitors.

- Economic Impact: Generated over USD 600 million in preliminary business transactions, orders, and leads.

- Private Sector Confidence: The private sector accounted for 61% of participation, signaling robust market interest.

- Future Ready: Laid the foundation stone for the new Fairgrounds Retail Center, advancing our transition into a Smart City.
