It was really great to be part of the CBD community, we are going to miss everyone very much 😢

It is with sadness that we announce the closure of our Parkade Centre branch, on this day 25 September 2024.
All members with valid membership are free to train at our Belmont gym, situated at Number 3 Colchester Road just off Plumtree Road.
Once again, we thank all our members for their continued support 💪

Come over to our Parkade Centre gym. We are open every day of the week from early morning until evening to cater for everyone. On Saturday, the gym is open up to lunchtime
