Edward 'Eddie' Mazunga walked away with the MIDVA 2025 Heroes Tournament MVP Awaŕd. The selection was a no brain as the lanky Opposite Hitter kept raining jaw-dropping bombs (yes, the attacks felt very much like bombs!) left, right, centre, underneath and over the court.

Introducing 'JT', a.k.a., 'Mahindra', a young man who literally burst onto the Midlands scene in the Midlands NASH 2023 U17. JT captained a Matinunura High School that had a fairytale run to the Provincial semi finals. Suffering a potentially career shuttering broken arm in October 2023, overcame the injury like the proverbial phoenix rising from the ashes. Whilst other ordinary mortals would have given up, JT showed action super hero movie kinda stuff by simply switching to his left hand. Now, he's developing into one of the best Opposite hitters in the MIDVA league. This superman mentality was epitomised by winnig the 2025 MIDVA Gala! There's is no doubt this is one of the Midlands Provinces young talents with a future so bright it might be difficult to look into.

MIDVA Refs took charge of the Regina Mundi Spike into Summer U20 Tournament. Well done for ensuring that the ball kept flying without any drama.

The referees of the Midlands Volleyball Association were a sight to behold at the recent NAPH games, fully dressed in their official uniforms. As they took charge of the matches, the referees' professionalism and expertise shone through, earning praise from players and spectators alike.
Their presence added an air of formality and distinction to the games, lending an authoritative and respectable atmosphere to the event. The referees' commitment to the sport and their role as impartial judges was made all the more evident by their impeccable uniforms.
