Rule # 23. Do not take fitness advice from someone who does not have an amazing physique... If their advice is not working on them then why would it work on you ????

Have you ever copied home work from your friend who you thought was smart but you still got the answers wrong ?

The consequence of getting fitness advice from people that are not fit is that you will end up with a pot belly.

Plot twist : You can take advice from someone who is unfit if the advice is and I quote
" Don't do what I did coz you will look like me if you continue to over eat and not work out ".

Putting on muscle in Zimbabwe is hard. Food is expensive so you have to supplement the necessary nutrients needed to build up muscle.

A lot of body builders in Zim just use eggs because they are a great source of protein. Eggs work but not zvekudaro......
This is assuming that you are sharing the eggs with your family and that you have to ration portions......
