To the moms doing their best while carrying battles nobody sees… Happy Mother’s Day.

To the mothers in heaven, exhausted moms, the single moms, the grieving moms, the stepmoms, the grand mothers raising babies again, the moms healing from things they never deserved, and the women missing their own mothers … this day holds a lot of emotion.

Some people are celebrating. Some are surviving. Some are remembering. Some are grieving. Still some are smiling through tears so nobody worries about them.

Motherhood is sacrifice, strength, worry, unconditional love, and showing up even when you’re running on empty. If nobody told you lately.. you matter, you are appreciated, and the love you give changes lives more than you realize.

Today can be beautiful and painful at the same time. Be gentle with yourself. Hakuna anokunzwirai tsitsi zvinzwirewo tsitsi iwewe amai!!

The narrative is simple, I want you to be a good person. A person who looks more like Christ Jesus. Give encouragement to those around you. Give kindness. Give good words to those you see and speak to. Give a bigger tip today. Give, and the love will return to you. People love it when they are reminded that they are a good friend or a good person. One of the nicest compliments is hearing that your presence made somebody feel supported, valued or genuinely cared for. Tag someone to tell them they are a good people. uri munhu wakanaka.

My message is simple; to be a good man is a revolutionary act. Just keep your word. Control your emotions. Protect those who can't protect themselves. Build something bigger than yourself. Do good without keeping count. Be kind to others, even when they have nothing to offer in return. Show compassion to weak. Forbear!!!. Spread love and respect wherever you go. Find beauty in the quiet, simple moments of life. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of (Luke 6:45)

Kindly be a good person is the message I am sending. A good man is not perfect. S/he is simply somebody willing to learn, stay accountable, protect people he loves, remain disciplined through difficult seasons, and continue growing without losing his humanity in the process. Stop acting surprised when good things happen to you. You are a good person and you deserve it. Never stop being a good person because of bad people. Never let toxic souls dim your inner light, stay good, stay strong, keep rising!

The only way to impress me is by being a good person. I don't care what you have, what you wear, where you live, or what you drive. I just have deep respect for people with pure hearts and good intentions. Material things can be acquired by anyone, but having a genuine heart and good character is rare. That kind of energy is what actually leaves a lasting impact on people. Be the reason someone believes in good people. Start by being a good person, and you will create a positive cycle.

You never know how strong you are, until being strong is your only choice. You were born with potential. You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness. You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.
