w. For decades I felt unfulfilled, powerless, anxious and went through periods of depression and deep unhappiness in my life. It was a simple sentence spoken by Depak Chopra that went something like; "just as a carpenter creates a chair that did not exist before through the artistry of his hands, you create your reality through your thoughts and actions" that woke me up with such force I felt as though I had been slapped! I didn't like where my life was or how I felt in it, but I felt powerful for the first time because I finally understood I could create my reality. I started a quest for answers and solutions to free myself from the negative, toxic spiral that was derailing my enjoyment of being alive on this amazing planet. I now know that changing your life for good comes down to changing your beliefs held at a subconscious level. I know that powerful, permanent change is possible and have overcome many of the negative programs running subconsciously that were sabotaging my life. Through healing myself, I found my purpose and became a healer because I don't want others to miss out on who they might have been because of some negative B.S. they that accepted somewhere along the line as the truth about themselves or what was available to them in life.
