The road to Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico is officially underway! So honoured to be training Miss Universe Zimbabwe , Roseanna Hall, right here at Pro Fitness Health Club Borrowdale

Here is how we are structuring her training strategy for the global stage:

• Symmetry & Waist Illusion: Shoulder capping + glute-hamstring tie-in to build a balanced hourglass frame.
• Stage Mechanics: Unilateral leg strength, ankle mobility, and core stability to command the runway in 5-inch heels.
• Posture: Posterior chain activation for an elongated spine and open chest presence.
• Stage Stamina: High-tempo conditioning circuits to ensure composure, breath control, and energy never drop under the lights.

Follow along for the behind-the-scenes work as we bring the heat to Puerto Rico! 🇿🇼✨

“You should go home.” “Is that safe?” “Shouldn’t you be sitting down?” 🥱 BIG YAWN 🥱

If I had a dollar for every unsolicited comment I’ve received while training through pregnancy, I’d have enough to open a whole new gym.

I am so tired of the outdated narrative that pregnancy means treating your body as fragile or broken. Movement during the pre and postnatal period isn’t just safe, it’s one of the single best things a woman can do for herself and her baby. Staying passive often does far more harm than good.

Movement builds strength for labor, eases physical aches, protects mental health, and supports baby’s development.

I will continue to post, train, and show up because we need to completely rewrite this conversation. Pregnancy is power, not passivity. To every mom moving her body today: keep going. 💪✨

So deeply honored to receive the Chairman’s Special Recognition Award at this year’s Zimbabwe Achievers Awards , for my work as a personal trainer in the prenatal space.

Supporting women through pregnancy, helping them feel strong, confident, and safe in their bodies during such a transformative chapter, is work I care about endlessly.

To have that impact recognized on this scale means a lot to me. A heartfelt thank you to the board and committee for this honor, and to every single mama and client who trusts me to be a part of their journey. This one is for you. 💛✨

Stop training your core when you’re pregnant!” 🚫🤰… Said no evidence-based trainer ever.

Let’s bust a major myth: Yes, you CAN (and should) train your core during pregnancy.

The secret isn’t doing standard crunches or heavy planking, it’s shifting your focus to deep core stability, pelvic floor connection, and intra-abdominal pressure management.

Here’s why deep core work (TVA + Pelvic Floor) is a game-changer: ✨ Supports your lower back & reduces pelvic girdle pain ✨ Builds the endurance and coordination needed for labor ✨ Manages intra-abdominal pressure to help prevent severe diastasis recti ✨ Sets you up for a much smoother postpartum recovery
