Zimbabwe’s 4x400m: Chasing the World Stage

A 29 year wait is over. Zimbabwe’s Men’s 4x400m relay team, powered by Thandazani Ndhlovu, Leeford Zuze, Dennis Hove and Gerren Muwishi, has rewritten the national record and positioned itself for something far bigger than a single performance.

This series follows the making of a team stepping into its moment. The preparation, the pressure, and the precision behind a relay unit now ready for the world stage.

At the World Relays in Botswana 2-3 May, the stakes are clear. A place in the final secures qualification for the World Championships. Deliver again, and the road opens toward LA28.

The dream is no longer distant. It is unfolding in real time.
