Why does wear a Grey vest?

Spartans were an elite military ground force known for rigorous training and discipline. Every military unity has its leader. As the Spartans Training group, we don't have a captain, but a General leading our training group/army. Our General exhibits leadership qualities like integrity, competence, vision, courage, and discipline.He also possesses decisiveness, team-building skills, and a strong sense of responsibility for his troops.

As such, he must be distinct and clearly identifiable and in grey, a color symbolizing reliability and professionalism in the navy, you know who the man is.
