The team's path to glory began with a thrilling 2-1 win over Moudzana Udzana Boozers, coming from behind after the Boozers took an early lead. Chelsea's Liam Rosenior-inspired tactical changes by coach of the day Robisto, including the introduction of Ngoni, Nicky, and Mawaya, turned the game in Harare Chapter's favor, with Ngoni scoring the equalizer and a late goal sealing the win.

The tournament's final match saw Dynamos Harare Chapter FC face off against Caps Harare Chapter FC, ending in a tense 0-0 draw. The game was marked by controversy, with Caps United supporters disputing a goal scored by Harare Chapter, leading to a 10-minute stoppage and a referee change.
