This annual judo competition brings together top judokas from various schools and clubs across Zimbabwe, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.

Judo is a martial art that emphasizes physical and mental discipline, respect, and self-control. Developed by Kano Jigoro Shihan, judo focuses on using an opponent's energy against them, promoting efficient use of strength and mutual welfare. This sport fosters camaraderie, discipline, and leadership among participants, making it an excellent activity for individuals of all ages.¹

Hyper Beast Judo Academy

Mission:To promote judo development, physical fitness, and character building in Zimbabwe through high-quality judo training and competition.

Programs:

1. Junior Judo Program (Ages 6-12)
- Focus on fundamental judo skills, physical fitness, and fun
- Classes held twice a week (Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
2. Teen Judo Program (Ages 13-18)
- Emphasis on technique development, physical conditioning, and competition preparation
- Classes held once a week (Saturdays: 10:00AM PM - 11:AM)
3. Adult Judo Program (Ages 19+)
- Focus on technique refinement, physical fitness, and self-defense skills
- Classes held once a week Thursdays: 5:30 PM - 7:PM)
4. Elite Athlete Program
- Intensive training for national team members and aspiring competitors
- Coached by experienced national team coaches


Coaching:

- Experienced and certified coaches
- Emphasis on safe training practices and injury prevention
- Head Coach Sensei Archie: Black Belt, Judo Association Of Zimbabwe
