Happy Sunday, some people cheat because its a weekend. You can can eat what you want but portion controlled. Today I enjoyed my sorghum porridge with peanut butter and milk. Yesterday I ran 25kms but still m eating right ✅️. Kuzoti vari kungodya worara hmmm. DID YOU EAT HEALTHY TODAY????
