stay fit ,do some exercises which which raise your heart rate for 10-15 minutes for beginners...This cardio work out will help you to stay health and fit.
Hie good people please lets always try to eat good through avoiding j***y foods or fast foods ...
why?This is because most of fast foods are prepared with saturated fats. Saturated fats are known to raise cholesterol levels. Remember saturated fats should form only 10 % of our fat intake.
Saturated fats major source are meat ,milk , cheese & butter.
Try more of unsaturated fats around 20% of our fat intake .Sources include peanut oil,corn ,soybeans , margarine.
Always remember Fats should form only 30% of or less of what we eat.
