BULLS RUGBY ACADEMY.

We write to you with humility, hope, and a shared passion for the development of rugby and youth empowerment in remote communities. The Victoria Falls Red Bulls Rugby Academy respectfully appeals for sponsorship and material support to help us continue nurturing young talent and expanding rugby opportunities in this region.

The Victoria Falls Red Bulls Rugby Academy was established in 2018 with the main objective of developing rugby among children, youths, and young adults in Victoria Falls and surrounding areas, where access to sporting opportunities and resources is limited. Since its inception, the Academy has successfully hosted four rugby tournaments, the most recent being held from 13–14 December 2025. This tournament attracted 25 teams from across Zimbabwe, including Harare, Marondera, Plumtree, Bulawayo, as well as Livingstone, Zambia, demonstrating the growing
relevance and potential of rugby in our community. It was the tournament for the U13, U14, U16, U18 and U21.

Main Aim of the Academy
 Our primary aim is to use rugby as a tool for youth development, character building, and social transformation by:
 Providing structured sporting opportunities to young people in remote areas
 Developing discipline, teamwork, leadership, and resilience through sport
 Identifying and nurturing raw rugby talent that can be developed to national team players.

Benefits of Engaging Youth in Sport
Engaging young people in rugby and sport in general:
 Keeps youths positively engaged and away from social ills such as drug abuse and crime
 Promotes physical fitness, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyles
 Builds confidence, self-esteem, and life skills that extend beyond the playing field
 Creates pathways for education, employment, and national representation
