A very proud moment in this journey we call life. After much hard work, moments of self-defeating frustration and break-through epiphanies as my body discovered more and more I’m so proud to have successfully completed the 600 hour Pilates Teacher Certification Program with Susanna Foustok at Pure Pilates Dubai. 💪

The foundation to a life-long discovery of Joe’s method has been laid and I now embark on my mission to share it with as many people as possible.
