My absolutely favourite rest day meal of course is the neapolitan Pizza ๐ ๐ I am from Napoli so when I have the opportunity to eat an amazing pizza I have a nice memory of my childhood, when every Saturday night my family and I were enjoying a nice time together sharing a 1 meter pizza ๐
Enjoy life guys!! It's not about counting calories or live with restrictions. Enjoy your food, fuel it with healthy and nutritive food but also allow you to indulge sometimes in what makes you happy. Exercise your body to stay strong and feel unique, not to reach a beauty stereotype the society settled in your mind.
I understood that LIFE IS ONE and we are here to ENJOY it, be our best version of ourselves and Be Happy ๐

Like all plank variations, the reverse plank is an excellent way to strengthen your core. Itโs especially good for the muscles in your lower back, your hamstrings and your glutes, but if you are properly braced, your abs will also feel the pinch.
If you have lower back troubles, a properly performed reverse plank could ease the pain by strengthening the core muscles. However, if youโre not doing it right and feel back or neck pain during the exercise, start with an easier variation first, like a regular plank.
