Every medal holds a memory and tells a story. We would like to share with you some of our “behind the medal” story’s starting with the shwaiman 2018.

To start the course was like no other, being held on Al Raha beach was unique but the obstacles were some that we had never come across before even till this day! (50m water slide)

The race had all the essences of what OCR is all about. Getting out of your comfort zone and seeing what you a truly made off. But never forgetting one team one heart and helping all those in need.

We would love to see this event on the calendar again soon!

DSF Youth classes are designed to help kids & teens learn the fundamentals of OCR training.

Currently preparing our students for the up and coming Spartan kids season which should be an incredible experience!

Class timings:

Teens (10 - 15yrs)
Wednesday 5pm
Sunday 10am

Kids (5-9yrs)
Sunday 11am

Our OCR (obstacle course racing) class is designed not only for the experienced races but also for the first timers!

Gain all the knowledge, strength and courage you need to complete your first Spartan race under our caring coaching staff.
