My client from overseas has lost tons of weight.
30lbs.
She got super skinny.
Her belt has no notches left👏

So she asked me to get for her a major arm toning program.
She said she had some dumbbells and a medicine ball at home and had no time but she wanted to do this transformation.

Today is Eszter’s Pregnancy & Postpartum Journey 🤍

Up until the beginning of month 9, I was still hitting the gym regularly and honestly, it felt great. One of the biggest perks? There was always a bathroom nearby 🤣. Long walks outside were a definite no for me for that reason alone!

Then came my C-section. By day 3 postpartum, I was already walking to the pediatrician on my own. At 6 months postpartum, my doctor finally cleared me to return to exercise properly, and I only started running again around month 9. My abdominal muscles never separated, but looking back, I probably could have started moving sooner. With a first pregnancy, though, we tend to follow every doctor’s instruction to the letter 🤣🤣.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who encouraged me to keep moving, even on the days when I had absolutely no motivation. They were right: starting gentle movement early made my recovery faster and much smoother. My recovery was quick and pain-free, and I truly believe staying active played a huge role in that.

The abs will come back… or maybe they won’t 😅. At 41, I’m not in a rush anymore. With the time, energy, and budget I could realistically dedicate while raising this little one, I think I did pretty well.
And I’ve been up in the skies since then for duty.

You don’t have to starve yourself to eat healthy. 🤍

One of the biggest myths I see with women is thinking that results only come from super strict dieting, cutting everything out, and feeling miserable… and that’s just not true.

Right now, I’m personally following a structured meal plan — but when I’m not, I simply cook my meals around my daily calorie deficit.

•No extremes
•No punishment
•Just balance and consistency.

Healthy eating should feel sustainable, enjoyable, and realistic for YOUR life. You can still eat foods you love, feel satisfied, and make progress at the same time.

And if you feel lost with where to start — I’ve got you. I create nutrition plans that are effective but still enjoyable, because that’s the only way it actually works long-term. ✨
