I’m always hungry… so I built a meal plan that lets me eat A LOT and still stay fit 😅

This is my daily intake:
≈ 2,350 calories
Protein: 177–180g
Carbs: 245–255g
Fats: 65–70g

High protein. High volume. Zero starving.
