The Sri Lanka Muaythai National Championship 2026 wrapped up after five strong days of competition at Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium, bringing together 450 athletes from 35 clubs and setting a new benchmark for the sport nationally.
From juniors to seniors, the event reflected structure, discipline, and depth β while also serving as an official qualifier for upcoming IFMA world and continental championships. Standout performances from Bassam and Maryam Murthasa highlighted Sri Lankaβs growing strength on the international stage.
