Algiers hosted the African Ju-Jitsu Championship 2026 from 17–20 September at La Coupole, Complexe Olympique Mohamed Boudiaf, bringing together competitors from across the continent for four days of action.

The African Ju-Jitsu Championship 2026 has wrapped up in Algiers! 🇩🇿

Four days of world-class competition at La Coupole saw athletes from across the continent battle it out in Fighting, Jiujitsu, No-Gi, Contact HIF, Duo, Show, and Team events across U16 to Masters divisions.

Congratulations to all competitors, coaches, and officials — and a big thank you to the Jujitsu Algerian Federation for hosting! 👏
