In reality, many who join our classes discover that there is space for every level. We offer different class levels, so beginners can start comfortably while experienced students continue to grow. We also have aerial programs for kids, where movement becomes play, confidence, and creativity.
Aerial meets you where you are — gently building strength, mobility, and body awareness over time.
