15 min to find a heavy single sn**ch (2 sec pause at knee)
*you will set up for a sn**ch, pull to your knee, hold there for 2 seconds, and then finish the sn**ch.
*If the sn**ch is difficult for you, this is a great day to focus on technique versus lifting heavy weight
