Lovely week in the booksâď¸
Eid celebrations, another fitness comp (shock), a big week of training, and somehow still finding time for a bit of downtime.
This week had a bit of everything:
đď¸ Another competition ticked off
đś Teddyâs outdoor walks finally began
đ§ A yoga class that once again reminded me flexibility isnât one of my strengths
đ Three new clients joining The Fit Expat Academy
đ My England World Cup shirt arriving (itâs coming home)
đď¸ Summer clothes being purchased despite having absolutely no clue where weâre actually going this summer.
We also managed:
đď¸ A trip to the Natural History Museum on Saadiyat
đď¸ A day at Kai Beach
đââď¸ A driathlon event
âł A few rounds at Topgolf
â¤ď¸ A couple of cheeky date nights
And amidst all that, summer holiday planning is underway... which mostly consists of opening Skyscanner, getting excited, closing Skyscanner, and repeating the process the following day. Flights are crazy, thereâs too many options, help needed.
The best part of the week though? Seeing The Fit Expat Academy continue to grow. Every new client, every check-in, every win reminds me why I started this in the first place.
Life feels busy. The weather is getting hotter. The AC is working overtime. 5 weeks till we fly.
